We are a Relationship company
ClērBlū exists because health plans should work for everyone – employers, employees, and TPAs alike. Employers deserve real power over their own plan data and the confidence to act on it. Employees deserve benefits and advocacy that reflect their value. TPAs deserve the chance to deliver excellence and build relationships that last. Transparency isn't a feature for us – it's the foundation everything else is built on. We're not here to audit healthcare. We're here to change how it works, together.
The team behind ClērBlū
CEO
Dave Adams
A former Navy aviator and serial entrepreneur, Dave has spent the last decade on a single mission: fixing a healthcare payment system built on opacity. Through policy advocacy, legislative engagement, and hands-on experience tackling improper payments, he co-founded 4C before setting out to create something built to scale industry-wide. ClērBlū is that answer – a platform built on the belief that transparency, not trust alone, is what makes healthcare relationships work.
President
Richard Moore
Richard has spent his career building companies that make healthcare work better for everyone – leading ventures to acquisitions by McKesson, Allscripts, and Change Healthcare, and an IPO with athenahealth. His systems-level view of the healthcare ecosystem, spanning payers, providers, and patients across medical and dental markets, shapes how ClērBlū approaches every relationship.
COO
Greg Koller
With over 20 years building high-performing teams and pioneering healthcare technology, Greg has made a career out of turning outdated practices into scalable, disruptive solutions. ClērBlū is the latest chapter – bringing the same drive for measurable impact to an industry that's long resisted change.
CMO
Cliff Searles
With 30+ years in business development, Cliff's gift is finding the real story inside a complex idea – asking the right questions, listening closely, and helping visionary thinkers say what they actually mean. At ClērBlū, that same instinct drives client relationships: listening first, so the product evolves around what employers actually need.
