Dave Adams – CEO
A serial entrepreneur and former Navy pilot, Dave brings a methodical, mission-driven approach to solving complex problems through focused innovation. With a career spanning logistics, technology, and multiple successful ventures, he has consistently pursued one goal: making people’s lives better. Over the past decade, Dave has been deeply committed to fixing the broken healthcare payment ecosystem—leveraging policy advocacy, legislative engagement, and expertise in improper payments. Founding 4C Digital Health was a significant success, he wanted solutions that scale and influence behavior.

Richard Moore – President
Throughout his career, Richard has built and led companies that make healthcare work better for everyone. A path which includes guiding multiple companies to successful exits, including acquisitions by McKesson, Allscripts, and Change Healthcare, plus an IPO with athenahealth. Each venture has been another step toward fixing our complex healthcare system. Richard brings a unique, systems-level understanding of the healthcare ecosystem—spanning payers, providers, and patients across both medical and dental markets. Where others see barriers, he sees opportunities to build scalable, impactful solutions.

Greg Koller – COO
Creative and tenacious, Greg is a success-driven leader with over 20 years of experience in healthcare. Known for building high-performing teams and driving innovation, he specializes in transforming outdated practices through pioneering healthcare technologies. A passionate change agent, Greg has a strong record in product management, development, and operational efficiency, introducing multiple SaaS solutions that have disrupted the industry.
ClÄ“rBlÅ« is the latest chapter in his journey—bringing disruptive technology to influence industry behavior and improve healthcare for millions of American employees. A natural collaborator and strategist, Greg brings vision, execution, and measurable impact to every initiative.
Cliff Searles – CMO
With over 30 years of experience in business development, he is a master at uncovering the heart of a message. Known for his ability to ask the right questions and truly listen, he brings clarity and focus to complex ideas. This “Certified Cat Herder,” has spent decades working alongside brilliant, visionary thinkers, guiding them to articulate their ideas with impact and authenticity. His style and insight have made him a trusted partner in driving growth and innovation.

Marvin Richardson
Over 44 years in healthcare management and pharmacy ownership experience with various pharmacy technology, retail drugstore, and pharmacy operations consulting firms. He guides ClērBlū with his strategic planning and leadership skills.
